A few months ago, I participated in the Happy Gut plan. It was very easy to do, with absolutely everything you needed planned out for you in advance. The recipes are varied and easy to follow, and I can honestly say I was never hungry. I felt much better in myself, and had virtually no bloating for the first time in ages. After re-introducing certain foods after the plan ended, I was able to identify a couple that were causing me problems, and so have eliminated them from my diet.
