I’ve been to many gyms over the years but it’s the customer service that keeps me here at Fitness Connection. Each morning when I come in early to start my day, I am greeted by name by Fran at the front desk. She runs a tight ship and is great at her job. In fact, most of the desk staff know me by name and it’s these personal touches that makes this gym feel like more than just a place to train - it’s a community. Bonus points for having punching bags and a steam room too. My only critique is the lack of towel service. More frequent laundry is a small price to pay for an excellent gym overall. Less
