📌UPDATE: Update: after posting the below review... we finally received a text message from the owner, stating that in a few days we would receive a check for full refund. Needless to say..After 6 months and countless attempts on our part to receive the service we originally agreed upon or money back, he brought a check which has cleared. It has been a stressful couple of months that could've been avoided by honesty. We appreciate he decided to do the right thing and return the money he owed.-Original Review:A THIEF...... DO NOT USE THIS CONTACTOR! HE STOLE OUR "down payment" and has never returned to start the job. Excuse after excuse with no avail. After 6 months there is no response from him at all. He no longer responds to phone calls!!! For $8000. He put plastic up on the roof

Paz and his crew were absolutely amazing! We needed our kitchen cabinets redone. After years of holding off and getting side tracked, they were quick to help us come up with a plan to get us exactly what we could have wanted, ensuring that we had all the knowledge on what would be the best quality and overall work the best for our kitchen vision.Paz’s communication was beyond great and answered every little question we had and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome to finish our kitchen remodel. Without a doubt, I would recommend this company to anyone and I definitely plan to work with them again on future home projects when we are ready to do so.

Sewer line replacement left me needing concrete repair. I asked my kids if they knew anyone. They said, "call Paz." So I did. What I got was a reasonable bid, prompt, professional service and excellent quality. I am so glad I took a chance and called. I will be calling again. Thanks General Dynamics Contracting, for the quick turn around and fantastic work.

General Dynamics ContractingWe became excited for our new home 6 years ago when we moved in. This is our first mortgage, and it has taken many years of preparation to be able to afford. The styling and vintage of the home are two areas that we have wanted to respect with regard to maintenance and construction. The home has many years on it, and the most valuable protector, the roof, was badly in need of repair.Pasquale from General Dynamics was exactly the right choice when it came to our first really big refresh of having the entire roof re-done.His crew of roofers were absolute professionals. They took on this huge job and had it completely done and cleaned up in a matter of days. We recieved updates and photos along the way, and we were well informed about the choices he and his crew were making as the work was happening. At the end, the site cleanup was well done and we even recieved some great drone photos of our finished roof.We went from stressed about a huge expense to completely happy with the work and quality of a professional job well done in a much shorter amount of time than we were able to imagine. Pasquale from GDC made every step and every communication simple, clear, and seamless. He answered all our questions and facilitated a smooth process.Ten out of ten we will call again.

Great experience with General Dynamics Contracting. A couple days of "atmospheric river" revealed multiple leaks in my roof. Called G.D.C. and they came out that afternoon and tarped my roof off and provided a quote for new a roof. I got 3 other bids and G.D.C. was the best priced, and offered the best product. They didn't have a 3 tiered(good-better-best) sales pitch like the other roofing companies, they just offer a top quality package that they know will last and provide worry free ownership, for the price of the other companies bottom tier package! Can't go wrong with that! Antonio and his crew came out to do the work and were professional and friendly. They didn't try to cut corners or rush. He'd meet with me daily and answer my questions and explained things. I really appreciated that. I also have custom skylights that the other companies wanted me to replace while they were doing the roof. G.D.C. examined them and said they are in good shape and not leaking, don't need to replace. They refreshed the curb and seals and saved me thousands of dollars. Very satisfied with this company and I will use them for future projects. They do pretty much everything and I wish I had found them sooner. The owner Paz is very knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, will shoot you straight, and not gouge you on price. I will be using them for one-stop shopping for all future home repair needs.

These guys did amazing on a recent project. We needed a ramp so it would be easier to get to the backyard which is higher than the driveway. Paz is the one who came out to look at what we needed and was able to communicate the same to Felipe who built and panted the ramp and railing for us. It turned out the way we wanted and the ramp looks great! Thank you Paz and Felipe!

I've had General Dynamics do three projects at my house and have been extremely satisfied with the results. We bought a old house with the intent of remodeling it . General Dynamics helped with many phases of that remodel. They replaced the electric panel and re- did the wiring for the entire house. The job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. We were very happy with the finished product. Next we had a deck rebuilt that turned out great! They also did an excellent job of re-roofing our house and adding a ridgeline vent and safety tie offs for my use! They're a great contractor and I have been very pleased with their work. I would definitely use then again!

They did a great job on our roof! Everything was on schedule as planned and they cleaned up very well! Would absolutely recommend!!

I was referred to these guys by a co worker who had a roof replaced by them years ago. He had nothing but good things to say 10 years after they replaced his roof so I took the safe bet and gave Paz a call to do my roof as well. It was a full replacement, plus re sheeting half of the plywood. They kept the pricing fair and up front. Answered all of my questions. Re assured me on things I was skeptical about. There were no hidden fees to tack on later. He gave me an amazing roof and did not charge extra for code required components on the roof like other contractors tried to do. The only thing extra at the end was the cost of replacing the plywood. But it was not a surprise extra charge, they told me up front what they are replacing and if they discover they need to do more, I was told exactly what to expect the cost to be.The process took 3 days to complete, at the end of every shift the crew made sure to sweep with a magnet for nails, tidy up the yard and leave the place looking like it did when they arrived.

We hired General Dynamics Contracting to renovate our kids’ bathroom. This was a down to studs remodel.Pasquale took time to understand exactly what we wanted and provided a creative solution for a double vanity. We ended up with a lovely bathroom that feels spacious and efficient. We will definitely hire them again for our future projects!

We hired General Dynamics Contracting to remove tenant improvements in a rented office space. The did a great job, finished ahead of schedule, and kept us informed every step of the way. Additionally, they dealt with the landlord while completing the work so that the whole job was taken care of start to finish. Price was reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I bought a new home and wanted to replace all the flooring and convert a formal living room into her office. “OMG this is my office!?!? I love it!!!” Was my wife’s reaction when she saw it completed. His crew has amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are already planning our bathroom remodel with him next. If you are looking to get work done on your home I recommend them.

I contracted with General Dynamics to repair a chimney with extensive water damage/rot a few weeks back. Timeliness was important as we had scheduled for the house to be painted and needed this work complete before the painting could go forward. Paz's crew started work the day after we contacted them. The work was quality, completed on time with great communication and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend General Dynamics to anyone.

I was referred to general dynamics contracting by my neighbor. He told me he was pleased with the roofing process from start to finish. I contacted General dynamics to get an estimate for replacing my roof. The bid was not only competitive, but better than a few bids I had recieved. We decided to hire dynamic. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up every night. After the job was completed I went up on the roof to do an inspection. I have installed a couple of roofs when I was younger so I knew what I was looking for. The only thing I found was a perfectly installed roof. General dynamics clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend. Nick ostlund

I called General Dynamics Contracting to get a price to replace my roof. I got the referral from a friend that said you got to call these guys. Paz came out and walked me through the process. I think he is the owner. Cool guy. They didn’t disappoint. They had a great price. They scheduled me pretty fast and did a great job. The crew was very professional.

After a major storm, we discovered several leaks in our roof and needed an emergency repair. We had received multiple quotes, but GDC offered the best value and had previously reroofed my in-laws house.GDC responded quickly and took on the project with urgency and professionalism. They performed a full tear-off of the old roofing, replaced damaged plywood, and installed warrantied shingles—all done safely and efficiently.Even as we made changes during the job to improve ventilation and replace more plywood than originally expected, they honored the original price. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend to anyone needing quality roofing or general contracting work.

General Dynamics was extremely quick in answering an urgent call for help on a broken sink. They sent an associate who was on time, professional and did the work exactly as he explained it to us. I would not hesitate to work with them again!

Paz met with us to give different options for our garage project. The quote was reasonably priced and Paz was able to get us scheduled within our preferred timeline. We are glad to have our garage project completed.
