Great experience with General Dynamics Contracting. A couple days of "atmospheric river" revealed multiple leaks in my roof. Called G.D.C. and they came out that afternoon and tarped my roof off and provided a quote for new a roof. I got 3 other bids and G.D.C. was the best priced, and offered the best product. They didn't have a 3 tiered(good-better-best) sales pitch like the other roofing companies, they just offer a top quality package that they know will last and provide worry free ownership, for the price of the other companies bottom tier package! Can't go wrong with that! Antonio and his crew came out to do the work and were professional and friendly. They didn't try to cut corners or rush. He'd meet with me daily and answer my questions and explained things. I really appreciated that. I also have custom skylights that the other companies wanted me to replace while they were doing the roof. G.D.C. examined them and said they are in good shape and not leaking, don't need to replace. They refreshed the curb and seals and saved me thousands of dollars. Very satisfied with this company and I will use them for future projects. They do pretty much everything and I wish I had found them sooner. The owner Paz is very knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, will shoot you straight, and not gouge you on price. I will be using them for one-stop shopping for all future home repair needs.

These guys did amazing on a recent project. We needed a ramp so it would be easier to get to the backyard which is higher than the driveway. Paz is the one who came out to look at what we needed and was able to communicate the same to Felipe who built and panted the ramp and railing for us. I've had General Dynamics do three projects at my house and have been extremely satisfied with the results. We bought a old house with the intent of remodeling it . General Dynamics helped with many phases of that remodel. They replaced the electric panel and re- did the wiring for the entire house. The job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. We were very happy with the finished product. Next we had a deck rebuilt that turned out great! They also did an excellent job of re-roofing our house and adding a ridgeline vent and safety tie offs for my use! They're a great contractor and I have been very pleased with their work. I would definitely use then again!

I was referred to these guys by a co worker who had a roof replaced by them years ago. He had nothing but good things to say 10 years after they replaced his roof so I took the safe bet and gave Paz a call to do my roof as well. It was a full replacement, plus re sheeting half of the plywood. They kept the pricing fair and up front. Answered all of my questions. Re assured me on things I was skeptical about. There were no hidden fees to tack on later. He gave me an amazing roof and did not charge extra for code required components on the roof like other contractors tried to do. The only thing extra at the end was the cost of replacing the plywood. But it was not a surprise extra charge, they told me up front what they are replacing and if they discover they need to do more, I was told exactly what to expect the cost to be.The process took 3 days to complete, at the end of every shift the crew made sure to sweep with a magnet for nails, tidy up the yard and leave the place looking like it did when they arrived.

Additionally, they dealt with the landlord while completing the work so that the whole job was taken care of start to finish. Price was reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with. I was referred to general dynamics contracting by my neighbor. He told me he was pleased with the roofing process from start to finish. I contacted General dynamics to get an estimate for replacing my roof. The bid was not only competitive, but better than a few bids I had recieved. We decided to hire dynamic. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up every night. After the job was completed I went up on the roof to do an inspection. I have installed a couple of roofs when I was younger so I knew what I was looking for. The only thing I found was a perfectly installed roof. General dynamics clearly take pride in their work. After a major storm, we discovered several leaks in our roof and needed an emergency repair.
