The team is incredibly helpful and noticed right away I was new and came to assist me. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knew how to do each movement properly, even though I had no idea what I was doing.It's a friendly environment with all the equipment you could need. New, well thought out workouts on the board every day. A real gem if you want to get fit and have fun doing it. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Wow! What can I say but I am hooked, extremely friendly team, treats you like family. Paulo is an amazing leader, very accomodating, treats you with respect, goes the extra mile to get you settled in. The gym members are also awesome, very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a home away from home, then Pure Fitness is the place. Highly recommend them.

My first time there on Monday everyone was so welcoming even the members. So my thing I go to Gym and with my ADHD I get so bored standing there doing Gym, this was amazing was busy good work out the staff helping you making sure you doing it right. Pure fitness is the best CrossFit box. It’s has such an amazing atmosphere with awesome, strong and fit athletes.If you want to know or test how strong you are come to PureFitness, I’ll let you be the judge after that. Every workout if Taylor made for each particular day and you never get to the do the same workout.The workouts are scientifically thought through for each day to balance your entire body (you can’t have a strong roof with weak foundation) at Pure Fitness every inch of your muscles must be worked on and balanced.
