We visited Murphy NC today and found ourselves eating at the best food truck we’ve been to in a long time! My daughter and I got the nachos, they were amazing our picky son even ate them. Mt husband ordered the smash brisket burger and after 2 bites my daughter and I had to go order our own. What a great place! 10 stars all around!

We have been wanting to try these smash burgers for months now and every time we pass Buck Bald we have already eaten. Well my wife is out of town and I finally stopped today and all I can say is HOLY SMOKES, you have ruined all other burgers for me! I wasn’t going to get fries, but I got the plain ones and they were so good too! I ate half of them on the way home, couldn’t even finish them all. I’m usually a dipper for my fries, but nothing is needed for these fries! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside…perfect!!! Will definitely be back!

Yall! This brisket smash burger is SO good!! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Add the onions and bacon, you won’t regret it. Extra crispy fries with their seasoning legit taste just like Lays BBQ chips. Great food, great guys! Check ‘em out and your belly will be happy!

We were visiting Murphy,NC from Louisiana. Facebook mentioned Big Heads Grub for brisket smash burgers and homemade skin on fries. We were not disappointed. Thank you again. Don’t forget the spicy sauce.

On vacation from Florida and found this food truck next to buck bald brewing and im glad we did. The smash burgers are top notch, and the sauce has the perfect amount of heat. A+ highly recommended.

Was looking for lunch for my brother and I and noticed there was a different food truck than what we usually saw at Walgreens and decided to give it a try. So so so good, one of the best burgers I've had. The bacon is so crispy and good on the burger and that sauce has the perfect amount of heat without dominating the flavor. The BBQ fries are really good too. Hope y'all keep coming back to Hayesville because that was a really good lunch.
