Our experience with the whole of this real estate company has been exceptional. At no time, even during the ups and downs involved in buying and selling concurrently, did we feel out of the loop. When decisions only affected our comfort with the dealings or expectations of a new home did we feel influenced regsrding our choices. Conversely, when elements of the transactions were beyond our experience scope, we had no abandonment feelings and were treated as a functioning member of a problem solving team, in spite of our inexperience. I was so impressed by the cohesive efforts of the whole organization that I asked for a small supply of business cards to keep on hand in the event a real estate decision needed to be made in my own circle of influence. That involves my own reputation on the line and I had no qualms about trusting to their personal and corporate integrity and commitment to their client.

Nothing against the realty company but one of its agents Carter Lozinski left a very bad impression. He helped us with a purchase of our condo and when it was time to sell it, he wanted the sale but never bothered to show up for pictures, measurements and open house. At the same time, he was also our agent for the purchase of our townhome. When we decided to drop him as our sales agent, he never once justified his absence or lack of care for the sale of our place. From that point on, he avoided any form of communication and when we needed him for the purchase of our townhome, he told our notary and the developer that he wanted nothing to do with the deal or with us. Conveniently, he would get the commission regardless. Never reached out to help us with walk-thru, key delivery, not even a congrats card in the mail. Just a bitter and unprofessional guy. I would write this review directly on his Google profile but he doesn’t have one. He obviously answers to someone in the realty group and yet NO ONE bothered to reach out to us. We were just a name on a contract, in which they did nothing to earn the commission for. I wasn’t going to write anything because in the end, everything worked out ok but I don’t think it’s right for people to act this way and go about life as if they had no impact on others.
