This was my very first time getting teeth whitening & the staff made me feel very comfortable. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by Bailey who delightfully checked me in. During the treatment Jessica had explained everything step by step & made me feel extremely comfortable! Unlike the traditional dentists offices, Smile Hy gives a spa like atmosphere. From the moment I reached out to their customer service team, to the moment I walked out their door blinding traffic with my newly reflective-white teeth, I was treated as if family. Since I had never had my teeth whitened before, I had my reservations. These included the potential sensitivity, an uncomfortable hour and a half in a chair, a blinding UV light spotlighting me and a mouth guard causing an uncontrollable dribble of vodka saturated saliva from an adventurous Friday night the day before. I finally reaching out and took the plunge into the prospective elite community of pearly white-teethed world leaders. Jess was phenomenal- she is extremely personable and explains the process each step of the way. She makes you feel comfortable and takes away any feeling of awkwardness or discomfort. Don’t hesitate, just book an appointment now! It was my first time getting my teeth whitened. When I was younger, I chipped my front tooth and have since been hesitant to get them whitened. Add to that the fact that my brother got his teeth whitened at the dentist and was in horrific pain for 24 hours. I decided to take the plunge, and Jessica was nothing but amazing!! She explained what she was doing, why my experience would be different from my brother’s (peroxide vs bleach) and made sure to constantly check on my filled tooth to make sure it lightened evenly. I’m so incredibly happy with my experience and results—absolutely no pain or sensitivity after.
