This is the hidden gem of Flint. You have to experience the sound bath class on Sundays if nothing else. It’s amazing. It sets the tone for my whole week. If you have never experienced a sound bath you have to try it. I leave and my whole body feels restored. They also sell products for health and body that are equally amazing. This beautiful couple cares for their clients and are committed to bringing true mind and body health to each person on an individualized level.

My family and I tried to attend the Friendsgiving Potluck on 11/27/25. As we went to walk in the door there were 2 guys standing in front of it smoking weed. I'm an addict in recovery and my son is 11. This was very disappointing. We turned around and left. ☹️

I have attended two sound baths at Hive Healing. I will be returning because I have found them to be useful for maintenance and an effective addition to my coping toolbox. Hive creates a comforting and inviting space to ground and experience ritual. Each time has been a little different, but both instances generated healing and helped break up stuck energy that happens as a matter of living and working and being human. Many just wanted to be heard, seen, accepted.In earlier generations, we gathered and knew the importance of everything. But silenced was the easiest way for one generation to be lost.I held that silence, I felt that anger but I was reconnected once again to the divinenss of creation! A month later and I'm still feeling the effects of the spiritual retreat I attended back in June at The Hive Holistic Center. The amount of support and love that I received from so many beautiful souls was so much needed at that time and I was so appreciative to everyone. So much that when we did the reiki healing circle, which I've never done before, I felt called to just lay it all out there and learn to receive good energy! During that time I can recall Hunter assuring me that it was okay to let go, to release, to not think about time and responsibilities, but to just be in the moment, take up space, to let it out no matter how loud, ugly, or weird it may sound. I instantly started crying uncontrollably which is something I haven't done in years. I usually try to keep myself with a protective mask on and being at the Hive just made me feel safe, loved and protected, and that feeling is something I've been missing for years as I continue on my grief journey from both my parents and brother transitioning back in 2021.Being in that type of space, being able to cry in front of strangers and have everyone give you lots of hugs and love during and afterwards was so beautiful! I loved every second of it! Didn't even know people on this plane existed until I walked in the Hive and found a true soul family.I learned to give myself some Grace as much as I extend it out to others. To take up space, not just exist! Also Alberto is amazing with the sound baths and breathing exercises! I could have fell asleep for the rest of the day from the beautiful tones and vibrations, I just felt at peace and like nothing else mattered but being in tune in the moment.I could write more and more on this life changing experience, from the amazing women and men I met whom I now have a soul friendship family bond with! Thank you guys again for setting the intentions and bringing it into fruition for all of us! I'm excited to attend another spiritual retreat at the Hive and dive deeper into my spiritual practices!
