My whole experience with JR Roof Top Windows was seamless. The prompt lines of communication meant so much & actually reassured me to continue with them. All previous reviews, which i read before ordering, were excellent. They arrived 10mins before their estimated time of arrival & got straight to work, replacing a velux window. All was done in 60mins. Clean, neat, tidy work, with absolutely no damage done to any plaster or tiles. The men were pleasant & answered any questions i had. I’m absolutely delighted with the product & workmanship involved. I would highly recommend this business.

The windows were installed on the date arranged and the two men who carried out the work (Kevin, Brendon and also Colin) were very polite, friendly and efficient.

from start to finish this company was soo helpful .. kept vintage touch about when it would be done and it was done by 2 men. they were borh very friendly and had the window fitted very quick .. no mess the cleaned everything after them.. showed me how the window worked as my old one was completely different. highly recommend this company

I contacted JR Roof Top on a late evening and received a call back and email in the following morning. I spoke to Nikita and received a quote to replace my 2 skylight windows at home.The team came on the designated date and unlike other companies who said they could not replace these windows from the inside and a scaffolding was necessary because of the location of the windows on the second floor, the team at JR Roof Top not only did not request a scaffolding but also replaced the 2 windows in basically a morning. Really quick service.Great material, great installation, great results and happy customers here.
