We have an upgraded solar system, pool heating system and geyser heating installed by Crown Tech. On the coldest day of the year our geyser went on the blink, we called, WhatsApped, and sent a voice message. NO RESPONSE. The timer was supposed to have been sorted out in June. They are interested in money collection but not service delivery. If I could give 0 *, I would.

The fantastic service started from the time I made contact with Sean Prohn the salesman. He worked well with us to ensure we made the right choice regarding the solar we required and was superbly supported by the technical team that was responsible for the installation. We were so impressed that 6 months later we used this same team to buy a second system for our holiday home. They delivered on time and to budget and the technical team were phenomenal in helping us during our teething stage of learning how both our systems worked.
