I honestly can't recommend this veterinary team enough! From the moment we walked in with Nova and Atlas, we were treated with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.The entire team went above and beyond to make sure both my pups were comfortable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and put my mind at ease. You can tell they truly love what they do and that every animal is treated like family.The level of service was exceptional, and the compassion they showed made what could have been a stressful day so much easier.Even though they're not the closest vet to me, I would happily make the drive again without hesitation. Nova and Atlas were in the best hands, and I'm incredibly grateful for the wonderful care they received.Thank you for looking after my two babies so well. You've definitely gained a loyal client!

10/10 for the Groenkloof Dog Parlour in Malmesbury! To find the perfect combination of people that know how to cut Maltese poodles, don’t take hours, hygienic environment AND don’t traumatize my dogs have always been almost impossible to find. This has been our 3rd visit to them this year and the excellent service stays consistent. On top of that all the staff are always friendly, helpful and thorough. They listen to my instructions and go the extra mile. Always phone me immediately when finished and best of all my dog children are happy. Can recommend them without hesitation.

Finally a Vet that does not want to clear out your bank account in one visit! Also a Vet that really cares for animals. I travelled from Paarl after being recommended to Dr Heyns and his team and it was well worth it. The practice has an amazing welcoming feeling when you enter and the ladies at reception are phenomenal.Dr Heyns checked our 8 year old Yorkie daughter and fixed the immediate problem. He then also identified a leak heart, which has never before been picked up by the other vets that we have spent thousands of rands over the years.The best part was when I had to get out the faithful bank card to settle the bill. What a pleasant surprise. Even with the extra travel I still paid way less than I would have been charged at our previous vet.I would seriously recommend this practice if you are serious about getting the best care for your pets!
