Really pleased with the air-conditioning service and especially the care taken not to damage interiors and extra attention paid to details like cleaning air vents in the ceiling. Air conditioners are now working well. Greatly appreciated.

Too expensive. $825.00 (plus GST, total $907.50) for an 1 hour and 10 minutes worth of work. They replaced (replaced ... not installed from scratch) 5 x ceiling fans and charged, I assume, $165.00 per fan installation (They were here for 1 hour and 6 minutes, to be exact, from arrival to departure ... 1 x tradesman and 1 x apprentice).I would give them 0 out of 10 for price. I paid the bill begrudgingly.I would be very reluctant to engage AWSM again.

I can’t recommend these electricians highly enough. They are always punctual, friendly and professional, and their work is consistently excellent. Most recently, they carried out a thorough deep clean of two of our air conditioners, and the week before they quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our electric hot-water system. They are extremely capable, reliable and genuinely lovely guys to deal with. It’s reassuring to know we have electricians we can trust to do the job properly every time.
