Josh is the most amazing and educational exterminator everrrrrrr!!!!!! He’s friendly, kind, always on time, very very thorough with his treatment. I love his services! We’ve used his services to treat my client’s apartment for bed bugs twice, once a friend brought them in and another time where he work he brought one in. After our first treatment we seen NO BUGS immediately!!!!! He still came back out and treated 2 other times as precaution. Several months later he came to examine the apartment because I notice some marks on my client arm and the one baby bug was found deep in an old couch my client loved to lay on. If my client wouldn’t work in such a public setting he would’ve remained bug free. Josh gave us so much information on preventative measures and tips and tricks to keep him and his home bug free. Absolutely agree with previous customers. I would leave more stars if I could. They are knowledgeable, considerate, accommodating and reasonably priced.My elderly father had a raccoon in his attic. Not only did they address and correct the problem, they added preventative construction.I would definitely use them again and highly recommend! Less

Josh was fantastic to work with and he was knowledgeable and honest. He ended up deciding he wasn't the correct person for my critter issue. He drove to Cleveland west side and didn't charge me anything even though he spent a long time looking at things and talking to me about my next step. This is where the honesty comes into play!
