Awesome Customer Service! We were missing the paint for one of the numbers. I contacted customer service and they had the missing paint sent out immediately. I'm still working on the painting, but so far it is looking great! Would definitely recommend this company to others!

I received this as a present and it took me a year to get the motivation to start it. The paints looked questionable given how long it took me to start (my own fault) so I contacted the company not expecting much. They responded right away, the replacement paints were super cheap and the end result is awesome! I wish they’d send an extra brush or two since mine were getting kind of worn by the end. They lasted though so I’d buy this as a gift for someone!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I found this company by just a Google search and decided to order a custom paint by number as a gift. After ordering I received a confirmation email. 5 days later I got an email that my item had shipped. 14 days later my item arrived. I was completely disappointed and so upset that I spent so much money on something that looked terrible. The colors were NOTHING like that on the original image (which was a beach picture). It appears as if they applied a sepia filter to it. My beach picture has no white (despite me wearing a white dress), blue, or even grey paint, it's all browns, tans, reds, and oranges. The color for our skin (specifically our faces) is SO dark, we honestly are the most pale white people and the paint provided is fairly dark brown. I reached out to their customer service asking for a refund because of how off the colors were, I even offered to send it back so they wouldn't think I was trying to get it for free. I was then sent a rendering of the image that they did (it indeed looked sepia toned) and was told they sent this to me before production and shipping for my approval and that it essentially looks fine to them. I assured them I did not and would not have approved that and again expressed my disappointment in the product/colors. No response. So I sent another email following up and again asking for a refund and that I was more than willing to ship it back to them. That's when they said oh well we have a policy that if you don't approve the rendering after so many days we proceed anyway. Okay...but again I said I did not get a rendering. They then sent me some sort of screen shot that says they sent me a rendering for approval, so I responded with a screen shot of my email account showing no email from them on that date or time. No response. I'm well aware they don't allow returns on custom stuff but given this is a quality issue and not that I just didn't want it any more,, I thought they would work with me. I was never apologized to, they never tried to fix the situation, or change the paint/rendering, nothing. They ignored a couple emails and told me when I purchased I agreed to their terms and I needed to "respect" them. After several days of arguing with rude customer service and another day of no response, I am out $70 and will be filing a charge dispute with my bank. I have now ordered from a different company since this one was so bad. Also, FYI for anyone who prefers US products, their "address" is a Delaware address but the product actually comes from China. I've attached pictures of what I submitted, their rendering (which appears lighter than the paint provided), and images of the paint provided for our skin/face (im pointing to with my finger).

I love JustPaintbyNumbers! I have already completed 4 custom paintings and I have 2 more on the way. They make great gifts and they are fun to do in the process. I love the free shipping as well and the quality of the canvas it comes in. It does take around a month to get here but it does show up. I recommend ordering from here.

Some of my paints dried out before I even opened them. When I reached out to customer support to ask for new paints they were less than helpful. So now I have an incomplete painting that I have to now go figure out how to match the colors myself because the company refuses to figure out how to match the colors for me. There are other competitors out there who I would go with before this company.Just saw this response. Thank you for providing me with this helpful customer service. Please find images of the 3 dried paints attached. Two of the paints I was able to use once before they dried and one of the paints I never used and it is a large portion of the painting.

I am a professional artist and wanted to paint over Zoom with my friend and work on the same thing. I ordered a paint by for my friend from Just Paint and mine from another company, interested to see what the differences were. The Just Paint colors were poorly matched. I knew acrylic paints would dry out if opened and closed often, so warned her about this. Turns out after spending months painting only two of her colors dried out - one she didn’t open. The customer service was less than helpful in trying to remedy this issue. I wish they would have offered to try to match the colors and send them to her. Next time I see her I am going to do that for her - it’s hard to make a perfect match, but not impossible to get close. In hind sight, I’m a little embarrassed I got her the paint by numbers from this company. If you’re looking to get a custom paint by numbers. I’d recommend Winnie’s Picks - the company I purchased mine from. They color matched well and all of my paints are completely fine after months of working on this painting at the same time as my friend.

This site seems fake. I’m no expert but if you go to where there address is it is listed for a shopping mall in Delaware. And the exact address that they have down is actually a ups store. Fake address?

The shipment has not arrived after 5 Weeks and even the tracking shows that it is going to return. No explanation was given for that. I've contacted several times with the support and their answers were not at all helpful. Unacceptable handling. I am really dissapointed.

This company was quick and amazing I had a customized photo of my boxer girl that passed away and they did such an amazing job at making her perfect and customizing her colors and the details of things this paint by number came out better than I could’ve ever imagined I highly recommend them u won’t be disappointed!!!!!
