My husband and I were lucky enough to live in an SDU that Mark and his team built for our landlords. We were truly impressed by the craftsmanship and attention detailed and told ourselves whenever we would buy our first home, we would hire this contractor to do work on our own house. Well, almost two years later, we finally did buy our first home and hired Mark and his team to renovate our main bathroom. We were incredibly nervous at first (first time home buyers with a first big reno) but Mark's open communication and problem solving put us at ease. Mark took the time to talk to us whenever issues arose and provided us with solid advice that helped us make the decisions we needed. His team, particularly Liam and Ryan, were so kind and great to work with as well. All of his subcontractors were also amazing as they took the time to talk to us about the issues they had found beyond what they were there to do. We will a 100% be hiring Mark and his team again for other projects and we highly recommend him to everyone and anyone!

I have known Mark since 2023. He has provided construction reviews and input on two large residential renovation designs. His input and recommendations were important in bringing the overall designs to completion. Mark also provided contacts for various trades and professionals during design including HVAC, truss design and others. In addition to his construction design support, Mark also provided trades when I was preparing to sell my home, including painting and tiling. Throughout all of my dealings with Mark, he has been professional, diligent, communicative, supportive, and kind. He is a good man with good values, and he runs his business that way. I trust Mark and highly recommend him, and I would definitely hire Mark on my next build/renovation.

Mark and his team did a remarkable job fully finishing our basement, complete with rec room, bedroom, full bathroom, and some custom shelving. He was a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Mark again for a Reno project.

Johnson Construction did a complete reno of our bathroom from floor to ceiling, including construction of a knee wall, new vanity, lighting and tub-shower combo with glass surround. We were pleased with the quality of the work.
