Our garage door cables came off the cable drum late at night and wouldn’t allow the door to close. We called F & J around 11 pm and they responded right away and were able to send Fernando out the next morning! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes. Turns out another valley provider didn’t install our rollers properly, which cause the issue. F & J is the best garage door service company in the valley!!!

This is the second time I have used F&J for repairs. They were quick, reliable and affordable. They did not try and upsell me on a new door. This was not an emergency but they came out promptly the next morning after a night call. And it was fixed within hours. I will use them again and definitely for a new door!

F&J’s 24 Hour Garage Door was awesome to work with. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and got the issue taken care of without any runaround. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. It’s hard to find a company that actually answers and is available when you need them, especially after hours. I’d definitely recommend F&J’s to anyone needing garage door repair or service.

Amazing family owned business. I called and the owner Jessica answered. She was helpful and very knowledgeable and she even was able to get someone out within the hour! (I swear, I'm never that lucky! )The service technician that came out was Sam and he was phenomenal. I expressed that I really did not want to replace the garage door and he quoted my a very fair price (Under $1000) and repaired the door to look almost new again. I am beyond grateful to have found this company. We had Gecko Garage Doors out right before I called them and they told me that I would have to replace all 3 of my garages and quoted me $7200!!! Ridiculous. I was not taking that as an answer.Again, thank you for being so honest F&J! I will recommend you guys over and over a million times.

Sam arrived on time and knew exactly what the problem was. He quickly fixed the issue. Both technicians (installer & repair) were very professional and personable, the kind of young men you feel you can trust in your home. That’s invaluable. Great Job!

Excellent service! Called on a Saturday morning and technician Sam arrived before noon. He was professional and courteous, performing a full service, lubing the moving parts, adjusting the opener limits, and adjusting the close so the bottom door seal was tight all the way across the floor.
