Honestly, if you are looking for a company to NOT upcharge you and you are a new to homeownership, please call these guys. Tom and Alex arrived right on time today, went straight to work by cleaning out my chimney and installing a chimney cap. Tom explained a lot to me and also left some literature. Alex & Tom is fast, efficient and very respectful. Everything was so seamless. When I initially made the appointment, I asked Andy “Will I get any surprise charged?” He stated , no.
