Our boiler died on us a few weeks ago and when we received a quote to replace it, we were informed that we needed the encapsulated asbestos (that the previous owner had done prior to us purchasing the house) on the basement entryway ceiling pipes removed before any replacement could be done.We googled for a reputable company and True Star came up. This was on a Sunday. We took a chance and called and Mateo picked up right away and when I told him where we lived he said he could come right by for an estimate because we were close to where he is located. He had the paperwork ready during the following week and 6 days later we had the asbestos fully removed. Today, he dropped off all of the post-work certification.We truly appreciated how quickly he responded with everything! With the lower temperatures we’ve been having, we really need the boiler replaced and now we can thanks to Mateo and True Star Contracting!
