I misread the hours of operation and showed up at about 4:15 pm on a Saturday. No one was there. I was surprised to see the bay door shut, which meant they were closed. Two other cars drove up just after me.Confused thinking they were supposed to be open, I drove around back to see if anyone was there, as I could see a back bay door open through the windows. There were two people there washing a car or something, maybe they were working on it, but they didn't do the inspections and told me that that guy was at lunch and would be back soon.Before I headed to the back, I stopped to call and leave a message letting them know about my displeasure at arriving to find them closed while their website said open tile 5p. I don't remember exactly what I said but I do remember using the words "not cool."I was surprised when my phone rang and it said "Inspection" was calling. I answered and was pleasantly surprised to hear a cordial reassuring voice on the other end, telling me that he was at lunch and would be back at 5 pm and he would be happy to do my inspection then. He handled my frustration with deft and a pleasant demeanor that put me at ease.If everyone who deals with a customer had his customer service skills every company would have 5-star ratings.Hope management appreciates the value he brings. Didn't catch his name but he was mid-thirtes maybe and dark hair.So he got me taken care of after they were already closed. Very much appreciated!! Less

Found this place after visiting few closed inspection stations that were supposed to be “open” according to google. Fast and freindly service, in and out in less than 10mins. Owners scatpack is slow but his service in fast😛 Less
