Every year that someone owns a car in Texas, you are *supposed* to get it inspected by a licensed location. This is such a location. If this location is near you, I would recommend it. If you live 50 miles away, I would not recommend it. 100 miles away? There are probably many closer. 200 miles away? Definitely not. 543 miles? You are in Brownsville, you should definitely stay there and find a local place. But if you happen to be near this location, it is perfectly sufficient for meeting the governmental requirement for emissions testing. In fact, they have done some remodeling in the last year and the waiting room is quite nice now. It's always a quick visit, and I like that they are open at 8, so I can go by before work.

Have a rental fleet and I’ve brought a few of my vehicles here for inspections or maintenance. Always quick and easy. Friendly, personable staff. Very helpful. I’ve always been acknowledged right away when I pull up or come in. Would highly recommend for good honest service at a good price 👍🏽
