She paid some people upfront for services, went to the post office when our mail wasn't being forwarded and picked up medicine for our dog that was delivered after we moved and sent it to us among other things . The lovely Sylvia met with us regarding selling our home months before we were even going to list the home. She gave us her opinion regarding the possible sales price, which prompted us to do a LOT of renovations before we listed the home. Sylvia has intimate knowledge of the area and the market of the area we were selling. She was always there for us giving us advise and referrals, and really just being a friend during this long laborious time. Once we completed our renovations, pricing was again discussed, and we placed our home on the market. Three hours later we got our first offer! Go Sylvia! Once we accepted an offer the process was a breeze. We would absolutely work with Sylvia again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend her! Not only is she hard working and knowledgeable, but she is a kind hearted human - our open house was also used as a food drive for local people in need. I thought that was pretty amazing. We met Sylvia at an open house in which she was the seller's realtor. Though that house wasn't the home for us, we decided that we liked Sylvia and the way she communicated. Both my wife and I decided that she would be a good fit for us in finding a new home - and we were definitely right. These are but a few highlights of my experience in working with Sylvia. When deciding to purchase a new property, timing would be critical as the sale of my current house would be needed to help with the transaction. Sylvia helped set things in motion to get my old house ready for sale, set up finance qualifications, work with title companies and all the hundreds of little things that need to be done to sell a house. On top of that, I wanted Sylvia to represent me as the buyers agent for a new property. Things moved slowly for a few months because the right house to move into just didn't seem to be out there. Then it happened, the perfect property became available and things needed to move forward quickly. Though all the preparation Sylvia had already put into place, my original home was sold quickly and without a hitch.
