Great customer service, but really overpriced tbh, otherwise everything was fantastic

Second time visit to lady and the hair in Melton after scrolling tiktok and discovering them from one of their many heart warming videos. The whole team there is fabulous but a special mention to the amazing Pam for her amazing work and Deegan for the customer service, hair washing and just being an all rounder. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing hair salon.

Customer service from Dan and Dakota was top notch. Lots of reassurance for a nervous customer - I have extra long hair so trusting my hair to another person is a very big step and this was handled professionally and perfectly by the staff team.

I’ve had a great experience at Lady and the Hair every visit. The salon is clean, modern, and really well set up. The team is knowledgeable, takes the time to listen, and gives honest advice without ever making you feel rushed. I love the little extras too—refreshments and snacks make it feel more like a treat than just an appointment.A special mention has to go to Dan, my absolute favourite, who just gets my hair every single time—no explaining needed. Dan's attention to detail is next level, and I always leave feeling amazing without fail.Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! ✨

Dakota was so friendly, polite and super knowledgeable. She was very thorough and explained everything so well, from the colour matching to my natural colour, the pricing quote break down from the very start and then for also suggesting some treatment/products (shampoo and conditioner) to help with my frizzy hair which I really needed and purchased. Thank you so much Dakota. Emily had a great attitude and did a wonderful job with washing, massaging, drying and cutting my hair. My hair is pretty thick and she worked so well considering, she definitely got herself an arm workout this morning. You did awesome Emily thank you again. I loved all the treatment I received by both ladies today and no doubt I will be returning. The Lady and hair is 💯 the salon to check out, I highly recommend. Having trichotillomania I was always so anxious to visit hair salons, until I found Lady and The Hair! Everyone in the salon has been so lovely, I actually look forward to my appointments! Using a combination of k-tip and tape extensions, my hair is so much thicker! I have so much more confidence. 💓

The best salon with the best people. Been coming here for years and for good reason.I always leave looking 10/10 no matter who does my hair. Prue (owner) puts in so much time and effort into her salon & team with training and passion ….and it shows. The team always make me feel so at ease and they are all so easy to chat to. Pam was absolutely lovely!!! Took good care and time with my hair cut and bangs 🥰never had a service quite amazing as this salon. First time going there and will DEFINITELY be coming back🥰such lovely staff and a great relaxing environment for someone who needs “me time”. Good prices for sure. Extremely happy with how it turned out

I have been going to Lady and the hair for years and have never left dissatisfied. I walk in, get seated and Dan does his magic. I don't need to tell him what to do. This appointment I did change things up a bit and I was extremely happy with the end results. Thanks to Dan, Chelsea and Daks, you are all amazing
