I’ve been meeting with her once or twice a week since having my daughter, Lily, who is now one month old, and she has genuinely been a godsend throughout my feeding journey.Even though our appointments are virtual, I never feel like I’m missing out on the support, experience, or expertise I would get from an in-person visit. Destany is an incredible listener and has such an ability to meet us exactly where we are. Every session feels completely tailored to whatever Lily and I are navigating that week.What I appreciate most is the way she gives advice and guidance. She’s knowledgeable and confident, but never pushy or overly opinionated. I always feel supported in making the decisions that are right for me and my baby, rather than feeling like there is one “right” way to do things.Most importantly, I truly feel that Destany is personally invested in the success of my feeding journey. Destany is incredible. She accurately diagnosed my son with a tongue and lip tie and walked us through the revision process, which we had done by a dental specialist. Destany then was there to support us through recovery, and I’m so happy to say my son healed well and is having no problem gaining weight, which was a substantial difficulty for him before the revision.

Mary is fantastic! I was first time mom struggling with getting my newborn to properly latch and would cry during feeding sessions. My husband actually found LatchLink as I was just so hopeless and defeated I couldn’t even try to research someone to help me. Mary was compassionate and helped me work through the issues without judgement. She not only focused on the physical aspects, but the mental and emotional ones too. The hours are super flexible with evening hours offered to fit your schedule as needed. They continue with you through your journey from newborn, returning to work/pumping, and even introduction of solid foods into baby’s diet! My journey wouldn’t be successful without Mary. When I gave birth as a FTM I had no idea what to expect. When my milk came in, I was very engorged to the point my baby couldn’t latch! In tears and desperation, I found LatchLink and got in pretty quickly for an appointment with Mary. Mary has saved my breastfeeding journey. I have successfully been EBF thanks to her and don’t plan on stopping. My baby was born 6lb 6oz at birth and is now almost 17lbs at 18 weeks. I’d call that a success! She is such a chunky, happy baby. She has taught me so much, answered all of my questions, and is very personable. We still meet for maintenance and encouragement to this day. I cannot recommend The Latch Link enough! After being discharged from the hospital, I felt completely lost and was in a significant amount of pain. I found the latch link after some frantic research, and met Destany who truly saved me. Being able to receive such massive support from the comfort of my own home made all the difference.Destany is the sweetest human being and was exactly the support I needed. I have been having such a great experience working with Liz. I was suffering from clogs and a round of mastitis -- she came up with a game plan that started working within 24 hours to help drain the clogs and we figured out I'd be using the wrong flange sizes during my whole pumping journey; getting sized correctly has been a game changer. Liz also is helping me make a long term game plan for pumping to help reduce the toll it's been taking on me mentally and physically, I am so appreciative of finding this company and would recommend 5/5.
