Amber is AMAZING! Day 5 postpartum I was all ready to give up on breastfeeding, bite the bullet, and pay for formula for the next year of my life. I urgently messaged every lactation consultant I could on a Sunday to ask for help with the extreme pain I was feeling. Amber is SOO attentive, empathized with my pain and understood my urgency. She got me in literally that day for a consult, and immediately validated my feeling. She assessed my baby’s latch over the phone Better than the pediatrician, and hospital lactation consult did in person, and advised me to get her checked for ties. Lo and behold my daughter had 2 severe ties that made feeding so painful. Amber answered every single question I had on clogged ducts, pumping, supply concerns, latch issues, and tongue tie exercises. She constantly sent me videos to help me understand and learn more, and was always just a text away. I met with her virtually 4 separate times and each time was insightful and so productive.
