On the eve of Hari Raya, I got canceled last minute (at 9:30 PM!) by a mobile groomer who overbooked themselves, even though my appointment was originally at 10 AM and kept getting delayed. I was desperate to find someone to polish my car, especially the bonnet area, which had stubborn cement or tar-like spots that was caught on the road.I started searching on TikTok, PM'd a few groomers, and got rejected until I found this company. After explaining my situation, the owner totally understood my frustration, having my car in that state for Hari Raya visits was the last thing I wanted.
