This guy is the real deal.Onsite convenience, punctual, great communication, highly friendly, professional and accommodating.Bought a coe renewed car and brought it to an established groomer for a full interior detailing to get rid of the musty smell. Turns out they only washed the carpets and fumigated the aircon - the smell came back within a week and everything was still sticky to touch.Zaidi scheduled 2.5 hours for my session but spent over 4 hours in the end cleaning everything up to his high standards. He was transparent in his process, and thoroughly covered all of the additional specific areas that I requested. The car is really transformed.I highly, highly recommend them and I'll 100% be a repeat customer.

Recently got a 10-yr old car (COE just renewed for 5 years). The white seats had some brown stains on them and I've tried cleaning them but they seem like deep-set stains. Was looking online and found this service. I find it very convenient that they're willing to travel to you and the price seemed affordable so I initially signed up to get the seats steam cleaned. On the day of the cleaning, after taking a look at the condition of the seats and getting to know all the issues you may have with the interior, Zaidi was frank enough to let me know that a steam cleaning may not be enough to get the stains out and suggested changing to a more intensive cleaning which was only an additional $50 for all the seats. Total cleaning time for a 5-seater was about 3 hours, and when I came back, I was glad to see that the seats didn't have any of the initial stains left on them. Zaidi also helped to provide some advice on how to maintain some of the interior parts of the car that may be overlooked so I was thankful for that as well. For those looking to get a good interior cleaning of their vehicles, I highly recommend their service and will definitely come back to them if I ever need their services again.

I initially requested a paint correction assessment, and Zaidi was accommodating and not pushy at all. Even though the official working hours start at 12 noon, Zaidi kindly arranged an earlier appointment for me.Appointment reminders and service confirmations were sent in advance, which I appreciated. On the day itself, Zaidi arrived punctually at the site. After a quick briefing on the scratches and areas of concern, I handed over the car key. Zaidi then shared a tracking link that allowed me to follow the progress of each stage of the work, which was very reassuring. Once everything was completed, I received a message with an update and a summary of the work done.During collection, Zaidi explained what had been done. The car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out, including detailed vacuuming, wipe-down, rim polishing, washing, and fumigation. The car smelled fresh and pleasant. Overall, it was a smooth, professional, and very satisfying experience. Highly recommended.
