Buyer Be Aware! This is not a warranty issue, it is a manufacturing/dealer issue. We had PGT Horizontal Sliding impact windows and 1- Sliding Glass Door installed by Daly’s Aluminium and within one week we had them professionally cleaned. Buyer Be Aware! This is not a warranty issue, it is a manufacturing/dealer issue. We had PGT Horizontal Sliding impact windows and 1- Sliding Glass Door installed by Daly’s Aluminium and within one week we had them professionally cleaned. Once cleaned you could see 3-windows and 1-SGD pane had up to 6” scratches, glue smears, and pinholes in the coating all inside between the glass panes. Daly’s came within 2weeks of our reporting the defects inside the glass and took pictures. Then for the next 3 months we called repeatedly being told by the secretary she would pass our information along for a call back. Only to be ghosted by Daly’s. In January we contacted PGT who gave us the name of a service company they recommend to replace the defective glass. After they verified the defective glass in our windows and sgd they sent a quote of $1525.00 for the labor only to replace the defective glass: $275.00 for each window pane & $750.00 for SGD pane. Remember, this is glass that was defective from the factory and installed by Daly’s Aluminium. Obviously there is little to no glass quality control at the factory and no consequences for dealers to replace defective materials they install. Our advice is to find a window manufacturer and a dealer who will back up their products and replace factory defects making you whole for the products you expected and paid for. PGT and Daly’s Aluminium are not those businesses. Less

This company is amazing, I couldn't be happier. I needed storm shutters. I'm getting up there in age and putting up that heavy plywood with my wife was no longer an option. Now I've dealt with Daly's before when I needed parts for my gutters and they were always helpful. They were also very helpful the the storm shutters, setup an appointment, they came on time gave me an estimate that was very reasonable (I looked around at prices). We agreed on the price, set up another appointment for all the measurements. They came, they measured and we were set to go. A few weeks later they came to install the panels, their team came in did the install with no issues. If not for the panels being in place I would have never known they were there. Workmen installed the windows (and they were not easy to install!) efficiently and professionally AND they cleaned up after themselves. we haven't had our inspection yet, but I see no reason why it would fail. They completely transformed an ugly room into a 28 foot "showplace" lanai. We couldn't be more pleased.... More
