Dropped a screen with frame on Nov 13th. Just went in to pick up a brand new one that they were going to duplicate for me with new frame and screen. Today is Dec 4th. Went to pick it up and nothing. Handed me back the one I dropped off to them and they did not care AT ALL...NOT ANY kind of sorry or anything. Meanwhile, we had them to our home fir a rescreen estimate for our lanai..man gave estimate and we've called and spoke with the store to get this job started and no one calls us back to set anything up ect....for a business that's been around for years, I don't see them around much longer. Too bad.Hate to give a bad review, but this has been a terrible experience.Lynch Alluminum did a GREAT JOB on our lanai.I highly recommend them.S & B Roberts

Terrible business requested a quote twice online 2 weeks ago and still have got anything. A business on US 19 one of the busiest roads in the country isn’t open on Saturday or Sunday at least for a few hours. I work 7-530 M-F so there is no way I can even go into to the showroom and talk to someone. Hell of a way to run a business I don’t see how they stay in business.

The garage screen is great. The issues I have were 1st generated by manufacturers shipping. The tracks came in bent. Replacement tracks arrived but it took 22 days for Daly to install the screen that I already paid for. I explained to Bill that I had an appointment at 1:00. The crew arrived at 8:30 as promised but mother nature would not let them start until 10:00. They worked until 11:20 then took an hour lunch. At no time did the have concern for my 1:00 appointment. The crew said they were not told I about it. Three stars is being generous based on customer service.

Buyer Be Aware! This is not a warranty issue, it is a manufacturing/dealer issue. We had PGT Horizontal Sliding impact windows and 1- Sliding Glass Door installed by Daly’s Aluminium and within one week we had them professionally cleaned. Once cleaned you could see 3-windows and 1-SGD pane had up to 6” scratches, glue smears, and pinholes in the coating all inside between the glass panes. Daly’s came within 2weeks of our reporting the defects inside the glass and took pictures. Then for the next 3 months we called repeatedly being told by the secretary she would pass our information along for a call back. Only to be ghosted by Daly’s. In January we contacted PGT who gave us the name of a service company they recommend to replace the defective glass. After they verified the defective glass in our windows and sgd they sent a quote of $1525.00 for the labor only to replace the defective glass: $275.00 for each window pane & $750.00 for SGD pane. Remember, this is glass that was defective from the factory and installed by Daly’s Aluminium. Obviously there is little to no glass quality control at the factory and no consequences for dealers to replace defective materials they install. Our advice is to find a window manufacturer and a dealer who will back up their products and replace factory defects making you whole for the products you expected and paid for. PGT and Daly’s Aluminium are not those businesses.

I did my due diligence searching for the best, my experienced reputable CRC Certified Residential Contractor for my windows & door replacement, very important as contractors are not all the same. Daly Aluminum was my 4th sitdown and I needed not look any further. Right from my initial phone contact and conversation with mgr Bill Brandt as he was receptive to my needs, situation and importance of the outcome of my project. Bill very knowledgeable really made me feel comfortable. Bill placed me with Vinny who must be if not one of his #1 sales reps whom is no stranger to the business. Vinny answered all questions even after the sitdown as did Bill, I can't thank you 2 enough for making MY stress a SMOOTH process. But wait theres more, Vinny called me to let me know about a rebate per opening for my home project provided by PGT. 😲 OMG! So happy and looking forward to my install of my PGT impact windows to be safe and energy efficient. Wow! I'll keep you posted. Update; A very professional installation of my PGT Wingaurd windows, & door replacement was clean smooth, picture perfect by installers Cody(lead) & assistant Matt. Followed up by stucco crew around new door framing, awesome work. Even the Inspector was impressed with the workmanship👍👍. LOVE THESE WINDOWS OMG! We went came here to find a solution for our windows during a hurricane time. I cannot believe how rude the Customer Service man was. He did not explain, he did not show options, and was more interested in going home than serving his customer. People like him Should’ve stayed home instead of go to work. I don’t recommend this place. They don’t care about their customers. He made the price of what we were looking for double. Will never go there again and don’t recommend it to anyone else unless You like rudeness.

This company is amazing, I couldn't be happier. I needed storm shutters. I'm getting up there in age and putting up that heavy plywood with my wife was no longer an option. Now I've dealt with Daly's before when I needed parts for my gutters and they were always helpful. They were also very helpful the the storm shutters, setup an appointment, they came on time gave me an estimate that was very reasonable (I looked around at prices). We agreed on the price, set up another appointment for all the measurements. They came, they measured and we were set to go. A few weeks later they came to install the panels, their team came in did the install with no issues. If not for the panels being in place I would have never known they were there. My yard was clean and clear. I was also amazed the ease of removal the panels were and the small amount of storage space they took up. Great job, I highly recommend them. Thanks you!

In May 2024 Jim and Joe were my crew for an install for an 8 x 8 screen room on an existing patio. While there was a mishap in the start of my project, if it meant I had Jim and Joe perform my install then it was worth it. Jim and Joe were on time, neat, polite and worked meticulously with integrity. So many nuances were not missed by them, they had a clear desire to let the customer have an outstanding install. Absolutely 5 star for the install. They made Daly Aluminum SHINE !!

I normally don’t write reviews because I don’t feel that it should be required that every time somebody does a job that they say they would do that you have to give them kudos after having paid them as well. These guys are the exception. I absolutely love my new lanai screen enclosure. They finished ahead of schedule and did a really superb job. Having recently built this home, they were about the only contractor that I can say that about. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to do a screen enclosure.

Chris and Matt from Daly Aluminum just installed a screen door on the front of our house and it came out great. They were done in about an hour and did a perfect job. I am amazed as this is the first time in over 50 years that I witnessed such good work.
