I have a vestibular disorder that causes severe anxiety and gets me near panic attacks on a daily basis. Working with Brenda really helped me to calm myself and prevent panic and medical anxiety. I find 7th path to be very grounding for me. I have tried numerous therapies including vestibular rehabilitation, CBT, and EMDR. 7th Path Self-Hypnosis is a tool that I use daily and has brought me the most relief. Prior to working with Brenda, I woke up with anxiety and dreading the day. Now I wake up with my recognitions and use them throughout the day to remind myself that I am OK. I had private sessions with Brenda and all I can say is how grateful I am to have met her! Trustworthy, professional and made me feel heard! I struggled with talking to people and starting conversations as well as worried about how other people perceive me. After working on self esteem with Brenda and letting go of old behavioral patterns I am amazed by how liberating greeting people feels now.
