Like Courtney, I always thought I had bad hair. It wasn't straight, it wasn't curly, it kinda just did its own thing. Only recently did a hair dresser say to me "ohhh, you've got some nice curl going on." Since then I've been trying to figure out how to bring my curls out. I started watching these videos a couple weeks ago and the difference with what I've learned is extraordinary. She puts it in a level that I understand.
I also enjoy her perky personality and beautiful contagious smile. It's a delight to watch her videos.
