Our driver "Guy" was very punctual and a real nice guy. My only complaint, and it's not really a complaint, is in the van, they didn't have champagne flutes available for our champagne toasts (2 birthday celebrations), only red plastic cups. Might I suggest plastic non-breakable flutes? It would be much nicer. Otherwise a great day...thank you!

We used them for a family members 21st birthday with about 16 of us! We truly appreciate how spacious the party bus was! Our driver was great. We even paid for extra hours as we wanted to be out longer than anticipated and the process was so simple! I highly recommend
