My 101 year old mom recently became a resident in the Carrington Center at West View. I have viewed and talked to the staff and am very pleased with the care they are giving my mother. Almost every one of the nurses, aids, Med Techs, dieticians, etc. have been wonderful. All the little glitches are worked out as they arise. Mom even likes it there more than I had hoped. It's clean, and Carrington has top staff. After viewing 5 others, this was the best choice and we are happy to be part of it.

West View is a great place to work with employees who create a supportive and uplifting environment for the residents. I especially appreciate that it is a Faith Based facility, which adds a strong sense of purpose and values to the workplace.

West view is a place full of caring staff. No place is perfect but they genuinely care about their residents. This is a non profit operation so no, they are not in it for the money. They are constantly thinking of new ways to enhance the lives of those that live there . It is a special place and the work it hard, but they care about each and everyone who call it home.

Admission Director Tina Grassman is wonderful. She worked diligently both with Cleveland Clinic Hospital and our family to allow my father into the rehabilitation center. She’s a true professional.Thank you!Janet Malta
