I also recently inquired about one of their rental listings on Zillow and Anthony told me to reach out to his wife Angela for more information. I asked a simple question — "is there a yard?" and she responded with a long winded response about how she doesn't know the details of every property and to google it and zoom out. not only is that extremely lazy and unprofessional, google would not be able to tell me if the landlord allows use of the yard or the property line. Bottom line is they are not interested in helping their clients but more interested in helping themselves no thanks! Less

This realtor charged me a $500 "application fee" that was non-refundable, and told me that it was partly distributed to the landlord because I backed out of the deposit.
