My wife and I had a lot of questions and were very unsure and a bit overwhelmed at the whole house purchasing process. Lin took a lot of time out of her day (and sometimes evenings) to help and assist us through the whole process. We are very grateful for all the assistance, information, and direction that Lin gave us every step of the way. Thank you so much Lin!

Lin was recommended to me by a friend when I decided to move from Toronto with my family. We decided to rent initially and she kept advising us and keeping us up to date on the market for over a year. It took many showings and added up to hours of phone calls but she always answered or called back promptly. It was essential to close on the house in few days and she worked expeditiously to draft a document, book a home inspector and closing it. She said we were very lucky to be able to find and secure this house but I believe it was her who found, recommended and worked fast closing it. On the possession date we discovered a small issue and she stayed till late night working it with me. You have our gratitude we are happy to call you our friend. Thank you Lin!

It was fantastic working with Lin. My wife and I initially went to a show home just to look around—we weren’t planning to buy or make an offer on a house. That’s when we met Lin.After speaking with her, she didn’t waste time on unnecessary details. She quickly understood our needs, got straight to the point, and presented us with the right options. Thanks to her efficiency and guidance, we were able to close the deal within a week.Lin is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows her business. If you’re looking to buy a home, I would highly recommend at least having a 10-minute conversation with Lin—it will definitely help you make a better decision.
