Jason came out to my house next day to install a full security camera set up, also some data cabling as a last minute request which sped my internet up by over 400% as opposed to my WiFi speed. From customer service to our installation of our new 6 camera system has been excellent, excellent customer service, ongoing support if needed, definitely a Competitive quote that gave us a great price for the quality system we have and a very quick install with no hassles, the installer was (sorry i forgot his name) outstanding, very punctual and helped us put the cameras in the right spots to get the best coverage of the house,he also installed the DVR in a better spot and much more neater then we were expecting you wouldn’t even know it was there. The whole process with decode has been super easy and having Matt come out and do a great job installing our 5 camera system to protect our home. Having a new build a had a couple things I wasn’t too sure the builder did properly up in the roof and he was able to reassure me that it’s been done. Especially considering we paid for some extras. Absolutely amazing customer service, reply times and were extremely understanding with me having to adjust installation dates! Felt super comfortable with the whole experience and they ran me through everything I needed to know. They also say to contact them if you need any help in the future, which is so reassuring.
