I recently had the pleasure of attending a business weekend where one of the days was focused on wellness, and I can honestly say it was a transformative experience. Carrie was our wellness coach, she led us through a Pilates session followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath. Her approach was not only calming but also incredibly insightful, she went through the importance of prioritising ourselves and our well being, especially whilst navigating busy work lives..The Pilates was rejuvenating, but the sound bath was the highlight of the day. I felt completely relaxed, allowing myself to fully switch off, and even fell asleep during the session—something I very rarely do! Carrie’s ability to guide us into a state of peace and mindfulness was amazing.I left the session feeling refreshed, recharged, and with a renewed sense of balance between mind, body, and soul. I can't wait for my next session with Carrie and would highly recommend to anyone.
