I’ve been going to Alloy for almost a year now and the journey has been nothing but exceptional. Beginning to end. The small personalize classes are amazing if you want to get into shape and dont know where to start. I usually train with Noura, and she keeps my goal in mind while we train. I absolutely love Alloy! I just hit my 100th workout and I feel better and can see a difference in my physique. Noura is amazing! She is always watching and trust me, you are not getting away with being a slacker on her watch! But, that is what I love, pushing me out of my comfort zone because she knows what I am capable of. Working out at Alloy has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the week. I’m currently undergoing treatment for a chronic disease and hadn’t worked out in years, but Noura has been incredible at helping me ease back into fitness safely. She’s knowledgeable, motivating, and always finds ways to modify the workouts so I can get an excellent session without hurting myself. I feel stronger and more confident every week — I can’t recommend Noura and Alloy enough!

Alloy Personal Training has been amazing! I work with Trey and Lynette and couldn't ask for better trainers. They've been slowly ramping me up as my fitness and strength levels increase. I'm a huge fan of the concept. Feeling like you have a plan tailored to your needs while still being able to work out with a small group works well for me. You have the benefit of direct trainer interaction as well the emotional support of going through the work with others. It doesn't matter if you are starting from nothing or if you are a veteran of strength training. This program will work for anyone. I'm so glad I decided to start this journey. It's given me the motivation to start focusing on a much better diet as well as work out hard at home in between sessions. If you are scrolling reviews to see if this program is right for you just do it! You'll be glad you did.

I’ve been training at Alloy for a year now and can truly feel the difference it’s made! I’m not only stronger but feel better! I’ve been plagued in the past by lower back issues but since training regularly and strengthening my core, I have had no back issues at all! The small group makes it seem like one on one training and all exercises have modifications to make them easier or harder depending on what my needs are. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive and follow up after workouts! I can’t recommend Alloy enough!

Lots to love at Alloy, but I especially love all the trainers —Trey, Laura, Lynette, Jody, Noura — so knowledgeable, positive, and supportive. They offered the accountability I needed. 90% of my workouts wouldn’t have occurred if they weren’t there encouraging me to get in and get it done. Their full body routines are adapted to individual needs and they monitor closely to ensure good form and safety.

The trainers are awesome! They can adjust your workout based on your individual needs and they make sure you are doing the exercises correctly so you don't injure yourself. They also make practical suggestions if you want to work out at home between sessions.
