Had another great session with Riley today. I love how personal she is with me. She took great care with my postoperative healing wound when giving me a lymphatic massage. I can’t say enough positive things about their understanding, knowledge, experience, and welcoming attitudes.I went in after 8 days post op from a procedure that should have had treatment 2-3 days after. But due to incision leakage, my doctors turned me away from the massage needed. I just received the best massages I have ever had from Johana at Rock Care Massage & Self Care, here in Leavenworth. From my head to my toes and figures it was great. I was particularly impressed by her use of point pressure in conjunction with slight stretching. She was also able to adjust her firmness perfectly for me.

I’ve had a massage from multiple employees and they were all wonderful. They definitely know how to find just the right spot and I always walk away feeling lighter. While they are just a bit pricey I feel for a spa experience they aren’t bad. Have been using them for a couple years and don’t see myself stopping any time soon.

I 1000% recommend the post-op lymphatic drainage massages!! Do not hesitate. I recently had a lower body lift with lipo360. My surgeon suggested lymphatic drainage massages as part of my recovery. I was thankful to find someone local offering post-op lymphatic drainage massages, as most others were 45 minutes or more away. I booked with Johana for the package of 3 post-op lymphatic drainage massages. My first massage was the day after surgery. I was nervous it was going to be painful because I was already in pain... not the case at all. Johana used light, gentle touches that felt so soothing. That first massage helped ease the pain and I noticed a significant decrease in the swelling. I seen my surgeon the next day, so two days after surgery, and she was amazed at how little swelling there was. I continued with the post-op lymphatic drainage massages every 3-4 days for the first 2 weeks after surgery, for a total of 4 massages. At my 2 week post-op appointment with my surgeon, she was surprised at how well everything was looking and that there was basically no more swelling and I never had any bruising. My surgeon took post-op photos at the two week mark and said she usually has to wait for the six week post-op appointment but I was looking really good she wanted the pictures then. We believe it was due to the post-op lymphatic drainage massages. Definitely book the appointment. Johana is amazing. Again, I can't recommend Rock Care Massage enough. I'm so glad I found this place. I'll be visiting regularly, even after I'm all healed up.

Lauren did my first facial yesterday along with my mom’s facial and it was AMAZING!!! She talked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable, offered water & snacks, and a comfy blanket! Her space is so beautiful and cozy. She is very knowledgable about products, skin types, and all the esthetician things. She is truly amazing at what she does and a sweetheart! My mom and I can’t stop talking about our smooth and glowing skin. Cannot wait for my next facial! :)
