We first hired 5 Star Kitchen & Bath for our upstairs bathroom remodel. Our house is over 50 yrs. old and the bathroom still had the original worn tile, the old tub was leaking downstairs, and the whole room needed to be completely redone. Rob was absolutely amazing. We really didn’t know exactly what we wanted or needed and he guided us through the entire process. We loved the installers. They were extremely skilled at what they did and worked with such positive attitudes. Later on our downstairs bathroom also needed remodeling after repairs, and I also wanted some work done in the bedroom area. He agreed to everything and helped us through the whole process. For this bathroom I had a very specific vision in mind. He took my ideas and completely brought them to life. They went way beyond what was expected including replacing old doors and hardware, light switches, and making sure every little detail looked right. The installers were excellent at their work from the plumber, electrician, tile installer, and the drywall and painting crew. The pricing was fantastic. We are so thankful for everyone who worked on our home. If you need your kitchen or bathroom remodeled you should absolutely choose them. Check out the before and after photos. I found them through a quick google search and after reading the reviews I’m so glad I chose them. They were fantastic and very professional! The crew was punctual and communicated very well. They would always double check how I wanted the tile laid out and were kind enough to explain their process and progress along the way. We did a final walkthrough together to confirm everything was complete and he really pays attention to details. He noticed one tile didn’t look right and came back to correct it. They remodeled 3 bathrooms, repainted the interior of my house and replaced old flooring. The finished rooms are beautiful and the entire project turned out great.
