I want to give a big shout out to this gym. I came in here wanting personal training for my daughter and instead of taking my money they advised me to put my daughter in the kids class to learn the basics. My daughter has been training with coach Amber for 6 months now and she tells me everyday how she loves it. I love the atmosphere and coaching so much I’ve brought in my nephew and referred 4 other kids here. Not only do they have coach amber but coach jump and coach Tony are really great. They have kids from 5yo to adults and I’ll recommend it 1000 times to anyone looking for a great gym. Only thing missing is they need to sell merch so I can represent the gym my daughter goes to

Absolutely love this gym! They have a great kids program as well. Great workout. Very family oriented. And the price is competitive as well. I have lost so much weight working out here. They have a plethora of trainers and classes to choose from. Highly recommend!

First time coming to the gym yesterday. Got the whole run down and tour from the gentleman at the front desk. I did a day pass. Got such a good workout and everyone workout there is about business and their craft. Love the environment. Wished I lived closer. I’ll definitely come back.

This gym is incredible, I loved working with Coach Tony! It is such a great workout, they focus on form. They focus on preparation and proper warm-up to avoid injury as a beginner. I felt truly welcomed. I will definitely be coming again and have already referred them to all my friends.
