I cannot believe how much help we got from Janna and her team. They all went above and beyond to help us deal with a very complicated situation. They diagnosed our problem with passing the smog check. They offered a great price. Typical shop, throws parts at yer car with no more knowledge than me with YouTube, had to stop them before "labor" $ exceeds cars worth. Especially when they said they're doin same shit i told them i did in past 6 months,$800 later same car no closer to smogging.I've only had shops do transmission rebuilds in the last 27 years i thought i was letting the "pros" handle but le$$on learned... Wise man once told me NO ONE will treat your car like YOU will. Most mechanics treat you like an atm. 3 stars for seemingly nice people..Btw $30 leak detector thingy on evap canister had bad seal. Found it n pure anger but PASSED smog as I'm typing.I'm out $800 but vindicated myself as my families mechanic.

Not many automotive repair shops are as honest and reliable as 37 Smog and Repair. Their pricing is very fair, their turnaround times are quick, and the communication is fantastic. Their customer service and honesty truly go above and beyond. For any women who feel they might be taken advantage of by mechanics, I highly recommend this shop because they have female mechanics. My car suddenly wouldn't start up anymore, Thank Goodness for this shop & the amazing workers!! They were very helpful with explaining the issue of my vehicle & the process they took to fix it. They had me back on the rode in no time & my car even drives better than before. Even though I wasn't prepared for this type of an emergency, but the amazing work they did and the amount of time it took, It was worth every cent spent. With 37 Smog and Repair services, I used the "repair" part of their name, and they gave me an excellent and affordable price as I already had another quote. I was done trying to fix it myself. Needed my oil change done and they were able to do it quickly. Prices are also a lot better than quick service places. I’d normally have to pay like over $110 at a Valvoline but I paid less than $90 for full synthetic. Will definitely be coming back!
