I called here to inquire about an eye issue that I’ve been having. I was transferred to an eye consultant where the communication with him was quite terrible. He got very elusive and adversarial when the discussion of OHIP coverage came up. The entire conversation was very uncomfortable and seemed off. I’d recommend checking out a place with better customer service and better communication.

Came back for eye check up, and once again great experience. The staff were friendly, timely, and overall pleasant and professional. Dr Goldberg did my lasek years ago, and it’s always a pleasure to see him again.

Holding medical records for ransom and hanging up on patients is completely unprofessional. Avoid this clinic

I just had my trans prk eye surgery with Dr. Goldberg and could not be happier. The entire process was very efficient and convenient. From meeting the staff, to dealing with the online pharmacy, they made it easy. I have experienced no pain after my procedure and my vision is already getting better. The staff have been extememely thorough with the before and after care instructions as well as the follow up visits. Everyone here is also really kind and easy to deal with. Dr. Goldberg has been my Ophthalmologist since I was 13 years old. I should have had corrective laser surgery in my twenties, but my father dissuaded me from the surgery.I finally got it done in May 2024, at the age of 46 and it is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Goldberg and his team were fantastic and the surgery was smooth and uneventful.At 48 today, I have 20/20 vision and the difference has been tremendous. If you are thinking about getting the surgery, don't think - just get it done with Dr. Goldberg. I have no regrets and neither will you!

I had a simple question when I called the clinic and was answered super rudely.They insisted to come in while I live 3 hours away, which is impossible in this unusual winter conditions.Please don’t reply give us a call back and you’d be happy to answer my concern because I already did and it was even answered more rudely.And please don’t reply saying as the other bad reviews on your page that you didn’t find a name/ existing patient in ur records because seems that’s your typical answer.I surely don’t recommend this clinic to anyone!
