Katie and the whole team at Next Step are the definition of 5 star client service and value. We've been working with the team for almost two years on all things digital marketing. Their intimate knowledge of social media, content marketing, and even podcast production & management is incredibly dialed in.This review is long overdue; it became timely for us to post and share an event which shows the whole team's willingness to go above and beyond. Our podcast production this month was tough with me (CEO) being out of town and Katie dealing with a family emergency.
