We had my son’s 3 year old birthday party here and he had an absolute BLAST! The gym set up and obstacle course (age friendly) and moon bounce for the kiddos to run around and jump in. He asks everyday if we can have his birthday party again. Can’t recommend BGF enough!!

I have had such a great experience at BGF, the community is wonderful. We homeschool so my kids tag along when I go to class and they love it there as well. You can modify workouts/movements to fit whatever your specific needs are and there are lots of class time options to choose from. All of the coaches are great but Coach Celia has been such a great trainer for me, she's got great tips and feedback and is super encouraging. I do crossfit but she also runs the Battlesisters workouts which are just for women and I've heard great things about that class as well. 10/10 recommend!

We held our daughter’s birthday party this past weekend and it turned out to be the absolute best birthday party she has had. Celia was so incredible with the kids and she was such a big help to me also with setting up. She had the kids play a really fun game at the beginning of the party that my daughter already wants to play again. We opted to do the obstacle course and rock climbing wall, the obstacle course set up was just perfect for the kids, they had so much fun with everything Celia set up for them. We had some little siblings tagalong and the playroom upstairs had plenty of fun things to keep them occupied. The gym was very clean, plenty of bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone to move around. We were all very happy with how everything went. It definitely won’t be our last party here. Thank you so much Celia for everything you did, our daughter and her friends had such a blast!
