Spoke with the owner Lem about my concerns with my vehicle and was told I would be taken care of and I was in good hands. first of all, the tech came over an hour late (which caused me to be late to work) my car does not even look like anyone hardly touched the inside, the outside was so streaky, and overall just not what ... I heard mixed reviews about this company and decided to give them a try. Spoke with the owner Lem about my concerns with my vehicle and was told I would be taken care of and I was in good hands. first of all, the tech came over an hour late (which caused me to be late to work) my car does not even look like anyone hardly touched the inside, the outside was so streaky, and overall just not what I was looking for. He scratched my paint with his buffer tool & the owner refuses to take any responsibility or accountability in the lack of training of his employees. When I asked about the tools that were used, the owner had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and said he needed to “look into this and call me back” that was three weeks ago. So now I’m out over $400, my car looks like crap, and zero communication from the owner. Be smart and beware of this shady place. Less
