We got our roof and solar done by PES Solar and Treasurer Coast Roofing. Chip was the guy that helped us out in the process. When we talked to Chip we told him that we wanted a roof, gutters, and possibly solar. We talked to him because we were in a situation with another roofing company and our insurance we wanted to back out and go with Chip. He was helpful in the situation we were in with the other company. We cut ties with the other company and moved forward with Chip. We got our done roof in September and solar up. We were super excited about it we were just missing the gutters that we asked to be put on along with everything else. We were getting the run around with the roofing company just to find out they never put the gutters in the deal, so we would have to pay for the gutters upfront. We were upset about what happened, because of what we have gone through with the previous roofing company. We are a family of five and the cost of living is not going down my husband is a disabled veteran, so I am in no position to dish out the money to get the gutters. Chip, being an honorable Christian was upset about what had happened and paid for the gutters out of his pocket. We never expected it and are grateful to him for it. Less

We have solar panels installed on our house from PES Solar. They were installed in May of 2020. We have only the minimum bill with Duke and 2 years in a row we received a credit from Duke Energy that allowed us to not have a bill at all from Duke Energy at all. Michael Gonzalez was our salesperson and he is wonderful. A really nice guy and he doesn’t try to sell you on what you don’t need. Troy from the Service/ Installation was also quick to return calls and address an issue we had in the beginning. Overall, we are super satisfied and pleased that we went Solar and even happier that we chose PES. We have had several of our friends also go with PES Solar. Do your research like we did and you won’t regret it. PES has been local family owned company since 1997. Plus they are more than just a solar company. Less

Austin and Team were a fantastic to work with from the initial consultation, through the installation and the permission to operate with Duke. After doing my own research, I consulted with several Solar Companies, many of whom made inflated claims or tried to drive me towards high end expensive panels or unnecessary upgrades. Austin listened to what I wanted, answered my questions honestly and worked around my schedule even though I'm sure I was a pain to deal with. Installation day was one of the hottest of the year and yet the guys were there working in 100 degree ambient heat to get the job done. The panels werent just thrown on, but laid out carefully. Totally professional. I bought the 40 panel package and installation was completed on time and looks great. For the past two years I have had no electric bills for 11 months for a 3300 sf house.
