I’ve been training with Cam for almost four years and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly.When I first started, I wanted someone who could help me build strength as I got older, push me appropriately, and make sure I was always training safely with correct technique. I knew how easy it is to injure yourself lifting weights if you don’t really understand what you’re doing.I also had an ongoing lower back issue that caused intermittent pain, and one of my goals was to strengthen my body to better support it. Cam has helped me understand what was happening, made adjustments in sessions when needed to help bring things back into alignment, while continuing to build strength and stability over time. The issue has improved enormously, and I now understand my body so much better and what I need to do to keep it moving well.Cam has also helped me prepare for multi-day hikes, which I love doing, and it’s made such a difference knowing my body is genuinely prepared so I can properly enjoy the experience.On top of all that, Cam has a fantastic sense of humour, which makes every session enjoyable, even the hard ones. He’s also very intuitive about energy and recovery, if I’m fatigued, he adapts the session so I still get value from it without pushing me into the ground.Highly recommend Cam to anyone wanting a personal trainer who is super knowledgeable, thoughtful, safe, motivating and genuinely invested in helping people move and feel better long term.
