I just had my first appointment with a new primary care provider and saw Ashley. She was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my concerns and was kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire appointment. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable expressing my concerns. Most importantly, she had a great personality and sense of humor, which made the experience even better.I also want to recognize Muna. She was also just as amazing. She was very pleasant, patient, and kind as well. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this practice. Thank you, Ashley and Muna, for such a positive experience!

I can't say enough great things aboutDr Ashley Banks and the rest of the office staff. I would absolutely recommend to family and friends. One of the best things about this office and Dr. Banks is that she took her time explaining everything for my husband and both of our daughters during their visit, and there are appointments on Saturday's when my husband can be seen since he works during the week. I was able to have a Tele Health visit since I wasn't able to be seen in person. I'm so grateful for the care my family and I received. If I was able to give more than five stars I would.

First time patient of Dr. Ashley Banks and she was the best. She seen and heard me. She addressed all my concerns. The whole office team was amazing. Soon as I walked I was met with smiling face. I am so glad I chose PrimeHealth Plus Medical Center. Even better Dr. Ashly Banks is also going to be my daughter’s primary care doctor too.

I highly recommend this practice. I made a next day appointment randomly bc I wasn’t feeling good but I’ve already changed them to my primary care physician. Muna (the nurse) and Dr.Barrela had wonderful bedside manners, listened to my concerns, and explained everything to me so that I could easily understand. I had a wonderful experience.

My first time at this clinic, and everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Sowmya Barrela was so kind, compassionate, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and thoroughly explained everything. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care.
