I wanted to get some work done in my mom’s house. Brent was fast, friendly, and efficient in responding to my call and completing the work we requested. I’m very pleased with his work!I was, however, very surprised by the cost of the work for installing one new outlet. I’ve worked with two electricians before who charged significantly less for the same work, so it was a surprise to see that the bill would be over $350 for less than an hour of work. I’m happy to pay for someone’s time and expertise, but it was just a lot more than I was expecting to pay when I made the request. My receipt has a whole list of the cost for different services — if it’s that cut and dry, I would have appreciated more transparency about the cost online or some kind of estimate before he came to the house.
