From reading the first few pages of Rekindling Me by Liz Atherton, I quickly realised I couldn't put the book down.Within the pages and beyond, there is a wealth of information and educational content that gave me the lightbulb moment I have been searching for since I was 12 years old. Why are we here and how do we get our head around the challenges we face?Finally after reading Liz's book, I understand the "how" to heal from life's challenges and understand why my life has been full of ups and downs, but previously couldn't find the reasons why I have lived with upsets throughout my years from childhood to adulthood. It's a road that finally after reading Rekindling Me, I can now do the inner work to find the answers and grow from within to see the world with new found enthusiasm and freedom and to live within my own self, to tap into my minds voices and my higher self. I can draw on the learned resources within Liz's book and to really experience my own love and care for myself within this ever changing world I live in.Thank you Liz, your light shines bright and so grateful to have found my answers within your book and the knowledge you share. These lessons enable me to live this world within my own peace forthcoming.
