I can’t recommend Rapid Rescue and Wesley enough to friends and family, and the community looking for a responsive, honest, and thorough professional technician to help them with all plumbing and drainage needs. Wesley helped us with a drainage inspection and made updates to add redundancy to the system. He also put in a laundry box and is setting us up with a water filtration system. He also takes the time to just correct little things as he sees them. Wesley is unique. Having gone through a home remodel just now and having had Wesley come in at the end, I wish he was there from the beginning. I really thank Wesley.

We had a garden faucet mishap at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon which started spraying water everywhere, so we had to turn off our main water line. Worried we were going to have to do without running water for a whole week depending on how long repairs would take, my wife did a quick search on Yelp and Wesley Hatfield from Rapid Rescue came to our rescue. To our amazement, Wesley was very respectful, reliable, and did a phenomenal job at fixing the issue quickly. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you again Wesley.

Wesley is a true professional. He repaired our shower faucets in both bathrooms. He understood our unique situation, so when I literally asked him for “magic,” Wesley delivered. His price was fair and actually beat another proposal I received. When I payoff one of my other, recent repairs (HVAC), I will be calling on Wesley again to upgrade our pipes to copper.

Wesley and the team from Rapid Rescue Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue when we were at our lowest. Our guesthouse flooded and the standard roto rooter became a whole house sewer system repair. The shock of what all this issue entailed and the cost factor weighed heavily on our family but Wesley handheld us through this extensive repair and found multiple ways to reduce our overall cost (larger or franchised plumbing companies wouldn't be so generous in their pricing). Wesley and his team treated our home like it was there's. My 91 year old mother loves them and would have nobody else in the future for all our plumbing issues.
