This gym is a must go. Everything is clean and the owner is a great guy. Dumbells go up to the 150s. The music is great and the community is very welcoming. If you’re in the area you NEED to check them out.

I trained at Riverside Strength while visiting from the U.K. and it’s by far the best gym I’ve been to. The gym is really clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The best thing about this facility is the equipment. You can tell the owners have given loads of thought in selecting the best pieces for their members. Can’t wait to come back and train legs!

We visited when we were in Agawam for the holidays. Super easy to sign up and get access. The gym is clean and has a wide variety of equipment. The owner is very nice and hours are convenient. It would be our home gym if we lived in Agawam and look forward to being back!

I have only been going to this gym for a couple days and it has been amazing. I love the environment and how supportive and motivating everyone is, and how hands on the owner is. This gym has definitely changed my perspective on gym culture, I wish it was closer to my college I would go here everyday!

i’ve been training here for an upcoming powerlifting meet and it’s one of the best gyms i’ve ever been to!! the equipment is amazing for all types of training. the owners are the best and it’s such a supportive and welcoming environment! it’s easy to stay motivated when lifting here :)

I've been going to the owner for PT and training for years now, and the new place is by far my favorite gym that I've worked out at. Lots of different options for equipment and free weights. Tons of space. Open late. The owner is a Dr. of Physical Therapy and runs the physical therapy office connected to the gym so he's very knowledgeable. I feel like I can trust that what he's telling me isn't just gym-bro pseudoscience.All the other members I've talked to seem friendly and welcoming. I'd never been much of a weightlifting guy before, so that makes going to a big gym with lots of equipment and serious weightlifting people a lot less intimidating.
