We have been working with Anchored Hearts Mobile Activities more than 2 years. We found Sheila is a very creative and compassionate activity director. She understands the unique challenges of working with seniors and provides appropriate activities. She is able to work with different levels of mobility, cognitive abilities, and specific needs. She creates diverse range of activities including arts and crafts, puzzles, question/answer, gardening, games and other activities. Sheila and her team provide these activities to our residents which encourages active daily life and helps slow down cognitive impairment. Highly recommend

I have worked with Sheila in some capacity for about 8 years. She has always been a positive and compassionate person with the long-term quality of life for the people she serves at the forefront of her goals. Since she opened Anchored Hearts, we have had the privilege of having her team do activities with our memory care residents as well as loaning me crafting supplies for my daughter's birthday party. The teens were able to test a new art style and give feedback to the Anchored Hearts team at how it can be used in the residential setting.
