Couldn't recommend Leroy more. He came to our family home and completed a building inspection so we could put our house on the market without any fears. He took the time to do a thorough check from beneath the house to the roof, and had an eye for detail which put us at ease. He even took the time to explain what he had found, and how we could remedy them, if we decided to complete the work ourselves.
